Registered Adult Volunteers

Registered Volunteers must complete an application and background check.

  The 4-H Leaders pay for the $10 Cost Recovery Fee.

Liability Insurance is included in the $10 fee for the High Responsibility Volunteers. 

Medical coverage will be the same as 4-H Members - $1.50 or $2.50

 If you have problems with the fillable forms below, try using Internet Explorer as your browser.  Then you will be able to save the form to your computer.  We find if we use Foxfire or Google Chrome, it does not allow you to save a copy.
